New Sock

This is the new MBF sock. Well, it was intended to be the new MBF sock. It might be the socks for "chops".

Here's where I need your help (I know I have readers...they just don't comment!) Weigh in on the colorway! Is it totally ugly? I'm rather on the fence. Here are the pros/cons:

Pros:

1. MBF really liked the feel of the Wildfoote socks. This is the same yarn, different colorway, Rhapsody, worked with Soft Jazz (same yarn as toes on other socks).
2. Working with the same yarn makes it easier for me gauge-wise. He is rather far away for a test fitting.
3. I'm in a bit of a budget crisis and I have this yarn on hand.

Cons:

1. MBF does not care for the colorway.

So what do you all think? Is it too much? Does it look like a popsicle barf-o-rama?

The Eagle has landed!

After almost two weeks in transit, the Boy Socks arrived at their destination!

Oh...and for those of you wondering, here's the "sock interview" with Mr. Boy Foot:

Me: I'm curious if I made the heel flap too long, (I know they are too short ankle wise) curious about the girth, did they go over your ankle nicely?
MBF: Perfect fit, aye a little short in the ankle, but it doesn't stop them being comfy, and I'm not going to wear boots over them, etc. I don't imagine.

Me: Too loose?
MBF: Nope, don't feel loose at all really.

Me: Roomy enough in the toe?
MBF: Plenty.

Me: Long enough??? [in the foot]
MBF: Yup, not tight at all.

Me: Some of the photos look like you're curling your toes.
MBF: That was me trying to make a smiley face with my feet, I think.
